With reference to the recent amendments made to the Building Control Act and Regulations, most of the application/notification forms and certificates have been revised due to renumbering of the sections of the amended Act and Regulations. 2. You are required to use the latest application forms via ESPro for all your submissions with effect from 15 Feb 2008. Please synchronise your ESPro to download the latest forms from your Form Templates for use from 15 Feb 2008 onwards. The list of the amended forms is attached in Annex A. 3. URA has released a new version of EDAForm version 3.3.0 which is now available for download and use in via ESPro (Electronic Submission for Professionals). Best Regards, Project Manager CORENET Electronic Submission System NETRUST CARD (Version 3) NOT SUPPORTED BY WINDOWS VISTA OS Dear Industry Professionals, As the Netrust version 3 certificate, which is part of the Netrust Card, is not supported by Microsoft Windows Vista operating system (OS), it is not possible to carry out digital signing using a computer installed with this OS. Due to its complexity, a technical study is now underway to analyse and develop a solution to address this within a 6 to 9-month timeframe. In the meantime, please refrain from upgrading your computer's operating system to Microsoft Windows Vista OS. If upgrading is necessary, please retain 1 to 2 computers with WIndows XP OS (or lower) to perform digital signing. Please note however that CORENET Electronic Submission System, being a web-based electronic service, is unaffected by Windows Vista OS and you may still carry out e-submissions, correspondences, downloads and status checking, etc. with computers installed with them.
